About the Role:
We are looking for empathetic and patient-focused professionals to coordinate fertility treatment journeys for couples. The ideal candidate will guide patients through consultations, treatments, and follow-up care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate patient appointments and treatment schedules
- Counsel and support couples throughout the treatment process
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Communicate treatment plans and follow-up requirements
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and laboratory teams
- Ensure excellent patient experience and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- M.Sc Psychology / Life Science Graduate / Allied Healthcare Graduate
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- IVF/Fertility experience will be an added advantage
Skills Required:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Counselling and patient relationship management abilities
- Organizational and coordination skills
