Job Title: Shopify & E-commerce ExecutiveJob Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Shopify & E-commerce Executive to manage our Shopify website, product catalog, inventory, website content, and online store operations. The ideal candidate will ensure a seamless customer experience while supporting sales growth through effective website management, promotions, and performance monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete Shopify website, including product listings, collections, pages, menus, and content updates.
- Upload new products with accurate titles, descriptions, specifications, pricing, images, and SEO details.
- Maintain inventory and SKU management on Shopify and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure stock accuracy.
- Monitor website performance and ensure all products, collections, and pages are functioning properly.
- Create and manage discount codes, promotional campaigns, banners, and landing pages.
- Coordinate with the design and marketing teams for website creatives, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
- Process and monitor website orders, cancellations, returns, refunds, and customer queries.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales and website performance reports using Shopify analytics and Excel.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely order dispatch and delivery.
- Optimize product pages for better customer experience and search engine visibility (SEO).
- Install, configure, and manage Shopify apps as required.
- Work closely with Amazon, Flipkart, and Quick Commerce teams to maintain product and inventory synchronization where applicable.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
