Automobile Movement Tracker / Fleet Tracking Executive - Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor the movement of trucks, lorries, and company vehicles using GPS tracking systems.
- Track vehicle locations and ensure timely deliveries.
- Coordinate with drivers regarding route status, delays, breakdowns, and diversions. Prepare daily vehicle movement reports.
- Update dispatch, arrival, and transit records.
- Escalate issues such as accidents, route deviations, or vehicle stoppages.
- Coordinate with transporters, customers, and operations teams.
- Maintain trip sheets and vehicle documentation records.
- Ensure compliance with company transport policies.
Skills Required
- Knowledge of GPS tracking software.
- Good communication skills.
- MS Excel and reporting skills.
- Ability to work in shifts if required.
- Problem-solving and coordination skills.
Qualification
- Any Graduate / Intermediate.
- Experience in logistics, transport, fleet management, or vehicle tracking preferred.

- On-time vehicle tracking.
- Transit delay reduction.
- Accurate reporting.
- Driver coordination efficiency.
