Job Title: Influencer Marketing Associate

We’re looking for a smart, proactive, and people-loving team player to join our Influencer Marketing team at FirstCry. You’ll help us discover, onboard, and collaborate with amazing creators especially moms building inspiring digital journeys across parenting, food, beauty, and lifestyle. What You’ll Do
Campaign Execution & Creator Coordination
Plan and launch campaigns using our internal tool – Influencer Management System (IMS)
Handle influencer outreach, onboarding, briefing, and content approval
Execute live campaigns end-to-end—follow-ups, queries, and on-time go-lives
Troubleshoot issues raised by influencers and resolve them professionally
Influencer Discovery & Relationship Building
Identify new and upcoming creators across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook & regional platforms
Send creative, personalized outreach that connects and drives interest
Build and update a strong influencer directory across parenting, food, wellness, fashion, beauty, etc.
Maintain great relationships and spot profiles for long-term collaborations
Creative & Internal Coordination
Collaborate with designers for campaign assets and influencer briefs
Coordinate with external brands for products, vouchers, coupon codes
Track delivery and align creator content with brand goals and guidelines
Reporting & Performance Analysis
Track campaign metrics like reach, engagement, and conversions
Maintain performance records and prepare reports for internal teams and stakeholders
Log campaign history, creator performance, and content assets
Market Research & Trend Tracking
Stay updated on creator trends, social media formats, and viral content ideas
Research new platforms, content categories, and campaign formats
General Support & Project Ownership
Take ownership of individual collaboration projects and see them through end-to-end
Maintain campaign calendars, schedule internal reviews, and update tracking dashboards
Support the team with operational tasks, team-wide initiatives, and cross-functional coordination

Good-to-Have Skills
Understanding of the Indian influencer ecosystem (regional + metro)
SEO/SEM basics or interest in digital marketing
Basic Canva or design tool familiarity
Selling & audience listening skills

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, PR, Communications, or related field
Strong interest in influencer marketing and digital media
Prior internship or experience in digital/social/influencer space is a bonus
Excellent communication skills and a love for all things content
Pay: Up to ₹350,000.00 per year
