- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system with accuracy
- Manage customer communications including inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups
- Track leads, customer interactions, and conversion status
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address issues proactively
- Generate and maintain CRM reports on a daily and monthly basis
- Ensure data confidentiality and proper documentation
- Support customer retention and relationship management initiatives
