Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Accounts Manager to independently handle the entire Accounts Department. The candidate should be capable of managing all accounting, taxation, compliance, banking, payroll, and financial reporting activities while ensuring accuracy and timely execution of work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently handle complete accounting operations of the company.
- Manage day-to-day accounting entries in ERP/Tally software.
- Prepare and maintain books of accounts, ledgers, vouchers, and reconciliations.
- Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports.
- Manage GST, TDS, PT, PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliances.
- Coordinate with auditors, bankers, consultants, and government authorities.
- Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory filings.
- Monitor cash flow, bank transactions, and fund management.
- Handle payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
- Prepare MIS reports and provide financial analysis to management.
- Ensure timely vendor payments and customer follow-ups.
- Maintain proper documentation and financial records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and taxation.
- Hands-on experience with Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, and payroll processing.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage the department solely.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com) / M.Com / CA Inter preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Experience in independently handling complete accounts department is mandatory.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
