About the Role
We are looking for a Content Marketing Specialist with experience in B2B technology, IT services, SaaS, or software development companies.
The selected candidate will be responsible for creating different content formats that support Mallow’s marketing, sales, ABM, outreach, website, LinkedIn, case studies, email campaigns, and sales enablement activities.
The strategy, direction, service focus, and priorities will be provided by the Mallow leadership team. The candidate will be responsible for executing content activities that create business impact and support lead generation, brand building, and sales conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Create blogs, articles, LinkedIn posts, website content, email content, case studies, and sales enablement materials.
- Convert technical inputs from internal teams into clear, business-focused content.
- Support ABM campaigns with account-specific or segment-specific content.
- Create content for outbound sales and outreach campaigns.
- Prepare case studies, service one-pagers, capability summaries, and proposal-support content.
- Create content for Mallow’s core services such as dedicated development teams, web development, mobile development, QA, DevOps, cloud, AI/ML, and software modernization.
- Support LinkedIn content creation for company branding and leadership positioning.
- Repurpose long-form content into short posts, email snippets, sales messages, and presentation content.
- Coordinate with sales, growth, delivery, and technical teams to collect inputs for content.
- Maintain consistency in tone, messaging, and positioning across all content.
- Support content calendar execution and ensure timely delivery of planned content.
Required Skills
- Strong B2B writing and communication skills.
- Ability to write clear, professional, and business-focused technology content.
- Ability to understand software services and simplify technical topics.
- Experience writing blogs, LinkedIn posts, case studies, website content, and sales collateral.
- Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing.
- Ability to work with technical teams and convert inputs into meaningful content.
- Good attention to detail, grammar, structure, and messaging.
- Ability to execute content based on the direction provided by leadership.
Must-Have Experience
- Must have experience writing for a B2B technology company, IT services company, SaaS company, software development company, or technology consulting firm.
- Should have experience creating content related to software development, SaaS, technology services, digital transformation, cloud, QA, DevOps, AI/ML, or similar areas.
- Should be able to produce multiple content formats, not just blogs.
Good to Have
- Experience in writing case studies and sales enablement content.
- Experience creating content for international markets such as the USA, UK, Canada, or Europe.
- Experience with ABM content, email campaigns, video scripts, and LinkedIn campaigns.
- Experience working with design, sales, and technical teams.
- Basic knowledge of content tools, SEO tools, and AI-assisted content workflows.
What This Role Is Not
- This is not a generic content writing role.
- This is not only a blog writing role.
- This is not only a social media role.
- This role is not responsible for independently defining Mallow’s marketing strategy.
- This is not a design or video editing role, but the person should be able to create scripts and content inputs for those formats.
Expected Outcome
The person should improve Mallow’s content execution by producing regular, relevant, and business-focused content for marketing, sales, ABM, outreach, website, LinkedIn, case studies, and campaigns. The role should help improve brand visibility, sales support, lead generation, and prospect engagement.
The person will report to the Mallow leadership team. The leadership team will provide the strategy, direction, target audience, service focus, messaging, and priorities. These roles will focus on execution and are expected to create measurable business impact through consistent sales, marketing, outreach, partnership, CRM, and content activities.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
