Role Overview:
The incumbent will manage end-to-end academic operations including admissions coordination,
academic planning, assessments, student engagement, and partner coordination. The role ensures
smooth academic delivery, timely assessments, compliance, and an enhanced student experience across
multiple partner institutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with Business Operations for fee status and batch start confirmation
-
Coordinate with Admissions for document verification and student registration
-
Ensure timely dispatch of welcome kits, ID cards, and OJL logbooks
-
Ensure 100% student onboarding before batch commencement
-
Assist in curriculum outlines, syllabi development, and academic calendar preparation
-
Coordinate course codes, program codes, LMS setup, and batch creation
-
Finalize semester timetables and faculty allocation
-
Monitor academic delivery quality and attendance
-
Share and analyze weekly attendance reports
-
Coordinate internal and external assessments
-
Prepare assessment schemes and end-term calendars
-
Ensure timely conduct of assessments and LMS evidence uploads
-
Coordinate evaluation, result processing, and publication
-
Validate marks cards, credits, and certificates
-
Ensure timely dispatch of marks cards and degree certificates
-
Arrange minimum one Industry Guest Lecture / Master Class per month
-
Address student grievances and queries within defined TAT
-
Maintain high student satisfaction and engagement levels
-
Conduct academic operations training/orientation for partners (minimum once per semester)
-
Coordinate ABC ID creation for students
-
Ensure compliance in partner-related academic and certification processes
-
Manage end to end data for the academic operations
Qualifications & Experience Required:
-
Master’s degree in any field with relevant experience.
-
10-12 years of experience in Academic Operations / Program Management
-
Sound knowledge in Advance Excel and Data Management
-
Strong knowledge of LMS, assessments, and academic compliance
-
Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills
