Designation: CUSTOMER RELATION OFFICER [SERVICE EXECUTIVE]
Location : Mumbai
Experience: 3 - 4 Yr
Primary Responsibilities
- Ensure information on the customer database is kept up-to-date, check information when speaking to customers on the phone.
- Assisting with customer queries when required.
- Striving for first contact resolution. Involves, understanding and fulfilling the wants and needs of the target customers.
- To build trusting relationships with the key customers of an organisation.
- Handling service department manpower.
- Prepare rectification quotation, send to the customer, and follow up for the same.
- Ready to attend meeting at customer place.
- Generate Invoice agianst AMC and Revamp Business.
- Payment follows up of Service Department Billing.
- Arrangement of spares or tools and material as and when required.

Job Description
- Handling customers and undersatnd requirements from them. Fulfill the customer requirements by providing service team or quotation.
- Customer data kept up-to-date i.e. warranty data, AMC data, revamp data in database.
- Prepare quotaion for revamp job, submit the same to the customer, follow up and close to meet with PO.
- Line up service team for break down calls, PMS and Revamp job activities.
- Prepare estimation for tools and tackles, material require by service department.
- Prepare indent for requirement of material by service department.
- Meet with customer at customer place to fulfill customer requirements.
- Keep the database of break down calls received from customers i.e. [Call entry, response time, closing time].
- Keep the database of warranty customers, AMC customers with all details - contract start date, end date, unit details.
- Generate tax invoice against AMC / Revamp Jobs and submit to customer.
- Payment follow up for AMC / Revamp jobs.
- Handle Portal of OEM and coordinate with OEM team for any requirement of material, PO.
- Submit suppliers invoice to account department and kept the record.
- Submit vouchers of serviec department manpower to account department and kept the record.
- Issue tools and tackles, material to service dept. team as and when required.

Educational Qualification
Work Experience
- 3-4 Yrs Experience in HVAC Service Industry.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
