About the Role
We are looking for energetic and confident Telecallers to join our sales team. The role involves handling outbound and inbound calls, engaging with customers, and driving conversions through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads
- Explain products/services clearly and effectively
- Handle inbound customer queries and provide accurate information
- Follow up with prospects to convert leads into sales
- Maintain call records and update CRM/data systems
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling / telesales / inside sales (preferred)
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Comfortable with target-based work environment
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM/data entry)
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated

Compensation
- ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
