Workshop Maintenance Manager
Department: Fleet/Workshop
Location: Central Workshop (Shivrampalli, Hyderabad)
Reports To: Fleet HOD & MD
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee maintenance schedules and repairs of trucks and commercial vehicles.
- Minimize vehicle downtime and optimize repair/km metrics.
- Manage inventory of spares and workshop manpower.
- Implement preventive maintenance practices and SOPs.
Requirements:
- Age: 26 - 45 years
- Education: Diploma/Degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: 4–9 years in vehicle maintenance/workshop management, preferably in a transport/logistics company or any commercial trucks workshop
- Skills:
o Strong knowledge of commercial vehicle mechanics
o Cost control and vendor negotiation
o Leadership and team supervision
o Working knowledge of workshop ERP or software systems in order to handle the workshop module.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
