We are looking for a motivated and confident Sales & Marketing Intern to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, explaining company services to potential clients, and maintaining healthy customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain company services.
- Handle inbound inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Generate and maintain lead databases.
- Follow up with clients regarding services and appointments.
- Maintain proper records of calls and client interactions.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for lead conversion.
- Address customer queries and provide accurate information.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary / Graduate.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales will be preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
Working Hours
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
