Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students and parents on course offerings and career opportunities.
- Handle walk-ins, telephonic enquiries, digital leads, and follow-ups.
- Convert leads into admissions and achieve monthly admission targets.
- Conduct career guidance sessions, seminars, and promotional activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and referral partners.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and submit daily sales reports.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to maximize lead conversion.
- Provide excellent student support throughout the admission process.
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in EdTech sales or educational admissions (Mandatory).
- Strong track record in admissions and sales conversion.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Target-oriented with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Pay: ₹10,311.57 - ₹12,000.00 per month
