We are looking for an experienced SMT Assistant to support and operate the SMD production line. The candidate should have hands-on experience in SMT processes, machine operation, and line support activities to ensure smooth and efficient production.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operations of the SMT production line.
- Operate and monitor SMT equipment including Printer, Pick & Place machines, Reflow Oven, and AOI machines.
- Perform feeder loading and component setup activities.
- Assist in machine changeovers, line setup, and production monitoring.
- Ensure smooth running of SMT processes and maintain production targets.
- Identify and report machine issues, process deviations, and quality concerns.
- Follow ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) procedures and safety guidelines.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams to ensure defect-free output.
- Maintain proper documentation and housekeeping of the production area.
Requirements
- Diploma / ITI in Electronics or related field.
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in SMT/SMD production line operations.
- Practical knowledge of SMT processes and equipment.
- Hands-on experience in SMT processes including solder paste printing, Pick & Place machine operation, feeder loading and component verification, reflow oven operation, and AOI inspection.
- Good understanding of SMT processes, ESD standards, and quality practices.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
