## Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced, well-connected, and result-oriented professional for the role of Senior Manager – HNI Sales & Strategic Client Relations.
The ideal candidate should possess strong networking abilities, excellent communication skills, and established relationships within HNI, business, investor, and affluent circles. The role primarily focuses on relationship-based sales, client acquisition, strategic pitching, and converting high-value opportunities.
We are seeking someone who can confidently engage with premium clients, build trust, present investment opportunities professionally, and drive high-value closures.
## Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with HNI, UHNI, investors, business owners, and affluent clients
- Build and maintain long-term strategic client relationships
- Present and pitch company offerings to potential investors and premium clients
- Generate high-value leads through networking, referrals, partnerships, and personal connections
- Conduct professional client meetings, presentations, and consultations
- Drive lead conversion and revenue generation through relationship-based sales
- Develop strategic alliances with business communities, consultants, brokers, and corporate networks
- Coordinate with internal marketing and management teams for client servicing and deal execution
- Maintain detailed records of leads, meetings, negotiations, and closures
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets
## Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in senior sales, business development, client acquisition, wealth-facing roles, luxury sales, corporate relations, or strategic partnerships
- Strong HNI/UHNI network and relationship-building capabilities
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong personality with professional grooming and confidence
- Ability to independently handle premium clientele and high-value discussions
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and commercially focused mindset
- Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and professional reporting
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
