QC Engineer – Extrusion Screw/Barrel
Experience: 2-5 Years
Salary: Up to ₹35,000 to 40, 000 PM
Location: Ahmedabad
Responsibilities:
- Perform dimensional, hardness, and surface finish inspections.
- Conduct in-process and final inspections as per drawings.
- Prepare inspection reports and quality documentation.
- Use measuring instruments such as Vernier, Micrometer, Bore Gauge, and Height Gauge.
- Coordinate with Production for correction of rejected components.
- Maintain quality records, traceability, and calibration status.
- Support ISO quality system implementation and audits.
- Monitor rejection trends and support quality improvement activities.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards before dispatch.
