Key Responsibilities
- Operate Plastic Injection Moulding machines efficiently
- Load raw materials into machines as per production requirements
- Monitor machine operations and production cycles
- Remove finished products from moulds carefully
- Perform trimming, finishing, and basic quality inspection
- Check products for defects such as flash, crack, burn marks, short moulding, etc.
- Maintain production output as per daily targets
- Ensure proper packing and labeling of finished goods
- Maintain cleanliness around machine and work area
- Follow safety standards and SOPs during production
- Inform supervisor in case of machine issues or quality problems
- Support mould changing and production setup activities when required
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Plastic Injection Moulding process
- Ability to operate production machines
- Understanding of product quality inspection
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
- Physically fit for shop-floor operations
- Teamwork and discipline
- Basic understanding of safety practices
Qualification
- ITI / 10th / 12th Pass
- Freshers can also apply
- Experience in Plastic Injection Moulding industry preferred
Experience
- Fresher to 3 Years
- Experience in plastic manufacturing or moulding operations will be preferred
