Job Title: R&D Executive (Cosmetics)
Location: Ahmedabad
Salary: ₹2.5 – ₹3.0 LPA
Experience: 0–2 Years
Qualification: Graduate (Relevant Field)
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing cosmetic products like creams, gels, lotions, serums, and cleansers.
- Perform product testing and maintain R&D documentation.
- Conduct stability studies and formulation evaluations.
- Support pilot batches and production activities.
- Ensure lab maintenance and follow GMP/GLP guidelines.
- Coordinate with QA, Production, Regulatory, and other teams.
Key Skills:
- Basic knowledge of cosmetic formulations.
- Hands-on experience with lab equipment (pH meter, viscometer, homogenizer, etc.).
- Good documentation and analytical skills.
- MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint knowledge.
- Good communication and teamwork.
Industry Preference: Cosmetic / Derma-Cosmetic
