PTI cum Cricket Coach
Job Summary
Heritage Global School, a reputed CBSE-affiliated residential school in Faridabad, invites applications for the position of PTI cum Cricket Coach. The ideal candidate should possess experience in physical education and cricket coaching, with a passion for promoting sports, fitness, and developing young cricket talent to compete at inter-school, district, state, and national levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular Physical Training (PT) sessions and sports activities as per the school schedule.
- Coach students in cricket, including batting, bowling, fielding techniques, match strategies, and fitness training.
- Organize and supervise morning PT, sports periods, practice sessions, and tournaments.
- Identify and nurture talented players for inter-house, inter-school, district, and state-level competitions.
- Maintain discipline, teamwork, sportsmanship, and physical fitness among students.
- Plan and organize sports events, annual sports day, and cricket tournaments.
- Ensure proper use, maintenance, and inventory management of sports and cricket equipment.
- Monitor students' physical fitness and implement injury-prevention measures.
- Provide basic first aid and ensure safety during sports activities.
- Coordinate with school administration regarding sports programs and student participation.
Qualifications & Skills
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education (B.P.Ed./M.P.Ed.) preferred.
- Cricket Coaching Certification: NIS Certification, BCCI Level Certification, or equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a PTI and/or Cricket Coach in schools, academies, or professional setups.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with students of different age groups.
- Knowledge of modern fitness training methods and cricket coaching techniques.

Important Note
