#About the Role
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Junior Interior Designer to join our team at Studio Ruaan.
The candidate should have a good understanding of interior design, space planning, basic technical knowledge, materials and finishes, along with a willingness to learn and grow with our team.
# Key Responsibilities
* Prepare 2D layouts, space-planning drawings and furniture layouts as per project requirements.
* Create 3D designs and views for interior design projects.
* Prepare basic working and technical drawings.
* Assist in material, colour and finish selections.
* Visit project sites for measurements, inspections and coordination.
* Coordinate with vendors, contractors and the internal design team.
* Make design changes and corrections based on client requirements.
* Prepare presentations, mood boards and design proposals.
* Ensure drawings and designs are accurate, functional and practical for execution.
* Assist with the complete design process from concept development to execution and handover.
* Support the senior design team in day-to-day project requirements and coordination.
# Skills Required
* Knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred.
* Knowledge of SketchUp / 3D software is preferred.
* Good understanding of space planning and furniture placement.
* Basic knowledge of interior materials, finishes and construction details.
* Good communication and coordination skills.
* Creative approach with attention to detail.
* Willingness to learn, adapt and take feedback.
* Comfortable with regular site visits and project coordination.
* Ability to understand design concepts and translate them into practical solutions.
# Eligibility
* Diploma / Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or a related field.
* Freshers are welcome to apply.
* Candidates with 0–2 year of relevant experience can also apply.
