Looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to connect with prospective students and parents, provide information about our educational programs, and support the admissions process. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a friendly, persuasive approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from provided leads
- Handle inbound inquiries regarding courses, admissions, and services
- Clearly explain program details, fees, and benefits
- Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication
- Maintain accurate records of calls and update CRM/database
- Achieve daily/weekly call targets and conversion goals
- Address basic queries and escalate complex issues when required
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Degree (preferred)
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
