Role Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Executive – Business Development to support buyer communication, marketing activities, and merchandising coordination within the Home Textiles division. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about marketing, customer relationship management, and the export home textile industry.
Key Responsibilities:
· Coordinate with international buyers through professional email communication.
· Support the Business Development team in managing customer enquiries and follow-ups.
· Assist in merchandising activities, product presentations, and new collection launches.
· Coordinate with Product Development, Production, and Export teams to ensure timely execution of customer requirements.
· Conduct market and competitor research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
· Maintain buyer records, reports, and marketing documentation.
· Support preparation of presentations, quotations, and marketing materials.
· Monitor order progress and coordinate internally to ensure timely communication with buyers.
Qualification:
· Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Textile Technology, Textile Design, Fashion Technology, Merchandising, Marketing, or a related discipline.
Experience:
· 3-7 years of experience in Marketing, Merchandising, Business Development, or Customer Coordination.
· Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Required Skills:
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong email drafting and customer coordination skills.
· Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
· Strong interpersonal, coordination, and organizational skills.
· Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
· Basic understanding of the Home Textile or Export industry will be an added advantage.
