Job description: Solar Sales Executive
Location: Work From Office – Ramesh Nagar Delhi- 110015 (Nearest Metro Station Ramesh Nagar)
Shift: Monday–Friday (4:00 AM – 1:00 PM), Saturday Half Day (4:00 AM – 10:00 AM)
Experience: 1–5 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to Australian residential and commercial leads
- Pitch solar and battery solutions, handle objections, and close sales
- Achieve weekly and monthly performance targets
- Maintain lead records in CRM and coordinate with internal teams
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within the assigned territory.
- Develop a deep understanding of solar and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Excellent English communication
- Goal-oriented, confident, and persuasive personality
- Resilient, adaptable, and eager to learn
- Proven sales experience in Solar, Energy, work experience in UK or Australian markets is plus.
- Strong phone presence and experience in making multiple calls per day.
- Strong listening and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
