Core Duties and Responsibilities:
- Guest Services (Check-in/Check-out): Welcoming guests, verifying reservations, registering guests, issuing room keys, and managing the checkout process, including settling bills.
- Reservations & Administration: Managing room bookings, cancellations, and modifications using Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Communication Hub: Answering phone calls, handling emails, and coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and concierge to fulfill guest requests.
- Financial Transactions: Processing credit card payments, maintaining accurate billing records. No Cash transactions
- Problem Resolution: Addressing and resolving guest complaints, queries, or emergencies promptly and professionally.
- Information & Security: Providing information about hotel services, local attractions, and ensuring security protocols regarding guest information and room keys.
- Lobby Maintenance: Ensuring the front desk and lobby area are clean, organized, and welcoming

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
