Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with 6+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce integrations, and platform customization while following Salesforce development best practices.
Required Skills
- 6+ years of relevant Salesforce Development experience.
- Strong experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components.
- Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce Platform.
- Strong knowledge of SOQL, SOSL, Apex Triggers, Batch Apex, and Queueable Apex.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Security Model, including Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, and Sharing Rules.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce deployment tools such as SFDX, Change Sets, and DevOps practices.
- Experience with Git, GitOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development methodologies.
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
- Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Experience Cloud (Community Cloud).
- Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or Einstein AI.
- Salesforce Certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Platform App Builder, or Salesforce Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce applications.
- Develop and maintain Apex classes, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
- Ensure Salesforce development follows security, governance, and coding best practices.
- Perform code reviews and provide technical guidance to development teams.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and technical design discussions.
