We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with hands-on experience in Upwork bidding. The ideal candidate should be capable of generating leads, writing proposals, and converting prospects into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork
- Write customized, high-quality proposals
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements
- Follow up with prospects and close deals
- Build long-term client relationships
- Maintain a pipeline of potential leads
- Coordinate with the technical team for project execution
Required Skills
- Experience in Upwork bidding and lead generation
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Understanding of IT services (Web Development, SEO, Digital Marketing, etc.)
- Ability to handle multiple proposals daily
- Basic knowledge of sales and negotiation
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven track record of converting leads on Upwork
- Familiarity with CRM tools
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
