We are looking for an experienced Senior .NET Full Stack Developer to contribute to the architecture, development and continuous enhancement of our financial technology products.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain scalable, secure and high-performance web applications using Microsoft .NET technologies.
- Develop and integrate front-end interfaces, back-end services, APIs and databases.
- Participate in requirements analysis, solution design, estimation, coding, testing, deployment and production support.
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and integrations with external systems, payment platforms and financial service providers.
- Write clean, reusable and well-tested code following established coding and security standards.
- Review code, troubleshoot complex technical issues and improve application performance.
- Work closely with product managers, business analysts, QA engineers and other developers.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members.
- Contribute to application architecture, database design and technical documentation.
- Communicate effectively with international clients and travel to the US or UK when required.
Required Skills and Experience
- At least 6 years of professional experience in .NET full stack application development.
- Strong experience with C#, .NET Core/.NET, ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web API and Entity Framework.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5 and CSS3, with practical experience in Angular, React or a comparable framework.
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server, relational database design, stored procedures and query optimisation.
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON, authentication, authorisation and third-party system integration.
- Sound understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, SOLID principles and secure coding practices.
- Experience with Git, code reviews, debugging, automated testing and CI/CD processes.
- Ability to independently analyse requirements and deliver reliable, production-quality solutions.
- Strong problem-solving, communication and teamwork skills.
Desirable Experience
- Knowledge of banking, payments, money transfer, remittance or foreign-exchange systems.
- Understanding of transaction processing, reconciliation, sanctions screening, AML/KYC, SWIFT or financial regulatory requirements.
- Experience developing secure, high-availability and transaction-intensive applications.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS
Education and Travel Requirements
- A graduate or postgraduate qualification in Computer Science, Engineering, Science, Mathematics or a closely related discipline is highly preferred.
- Candidates must hold a valid passport and be willing and able to travel to the United States and United Kingdom for client meetings, implementation support or project assignments.

Location: At our development centre of excellence in Lucknow. You may be required to travel for business/client meetings to the USA, EU, UK project sites.

Experience: Minimum 6 years
Compensation
Up to ₹20,00,000 per annum, depending on relevant experience, technical competence and suitability for the role.
