Key Responsibilities
Product Development & Enhancement
- Analyze market trends and customer requirements to identify opportunities for product improvements.
- Support development of new pharmaceutical machinery and machine upgrades.
- Collaborate with design and automation teams to convert customer needs into technical specifications.
- Evaluate machine performance and recommend design enhancements for productivity and reliability.
- Participate in prototype reviews, trials, and product validation activities.
Technical Product Ownership
- Maintain technical ownership of assigned product lines throughout their lifecycle.
- Develop and update product specifications, technical datasheets, machine manuals, and application documents.
- Define standard configurations and customization guidelines.
- Ensure product compliance with industry regulations and customer expectations.
Cross-Functional Project Coordination
- Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, procurement, quality, and service departments for smooth project execution.
- Monitor project deliverables and support timely completion of engineering activities.
- Resolve technical challenges arising during manufacturing, assembly, testing, and installation stages.
- Facilitate communication between internal stakeholders and customers on technical matters.
Application Engineering
- Study customer process requirements and recommend suitable machine configurations.
- Provide technical inputs for quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.
- Support feasibility studies for special customer requirements and customized solutions.
- Assist sales teams in identifying optimal technical solutions.
Testing & Validation
- Participate in machine testing, performance verification, and process qualification activities.
- Review and approve test protocols and performance reports.
- Support Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), and commissioning activities.
- Ensure machinery meets defined functional and operational requirements before release.
Continuous Improvement
- Conduct root-cause analysis for recurring machine issues and customer complaints.
- Drive cost optimization and value engineering initiatives.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions to improve product performance.
- Monitor field feedback and incorporate lessons learned into future product designs.
Technical Training & Support
- Provide technical training to customers, service engineers, and internal teams.
- Develop troubleshooting guides, operating procedures, and maintenance recommendations.
- Support installation and commissioning teams for critical customer projects.
- Act as a technical expert for product-related inquiries.
Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
