Branch Manager – Gold Loans & Retail Loans
Locations: Bangalore | Salem | Coimbatore | Jaipur
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month + Attractive Incentives + Performance Bonus
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Branch Manager to lead our branch operations and drive business growth in Gold Loans and Retail Loan products.
Role Overview
As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for achieving business targets, leading a high-performing team, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering outstanding customer service while maintaining strong portfolio quality.
Key Responsibilities
Drive branch targets for Gold Loans, Personal Loans, LAP, Business Loans, Insurance & other retail products
Lead customer acquisition through open market, referrals, DSAs, and local marketing
Manage, mentor, and motivate branch & field sales teams to achieve monthly login, sanction, disbursement & collection targets
Ensure strict compliance with company SOPs, KYC norms, audit standards, and regulatory guidelines
Oversee safe custody of pledged gold and maintain high portfolio quality
Build strong relationships with customers and local channel partners for sustainable business growth
What We’re Looking
For Graduate (MBA preferred) 4–10 years of experience in Banking / NBFC / Gold Loans / Retail Assets
Minimum 2 years of team handling experience Strong sales acumen with proven ability to meet targets
Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills
Hands-on experience in branch operations, collections, and compliance
