Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly proficient IIT Mathematics Lecturer to train 8th to 12th-grade students for competitive exams. The ideal candidate will possess deep conceptual expertise in Algebra, Calculus, Coordinate Geometry, Trigonometry, Probability, and Higher Mathematics, with a proven track record of student success in competitive examinations and the ability to deliver engaging, result-oriented lessons.
Key Responsibilities:
● Teach Mathematics to Classes 8th to 12th with a strong focus on competitive exams such as JEE Mains, JEE Advanced, and EAMCET, along with complete board syllabus coverage.
● Develop effective teaching strategies to help students master mathematical concepts and improve analytical and problem-solving abilities.
● Design and implement a curriculum aligned with the latest competitive exam patterns while ensuring board syllabus completion.
● Conduct regular assessments, mock tests, doubt-clearing sessions, and intensive problem-solving practice to strengthen student performance.
● Provide detailed feedback and personalized mentoring to address conceptual gaps and improve speed, accuracy, and exam temperament.
● Stay updated with the latest syllabus revisions, exam trends, and advanced problem-solving techniques and integrate them into classroom teaching.
● Motivate and mentor students to develop logical thinking, mathematical reasoning, and confidence in tackling challenging problems.
● Collaborate with the academic team to prepare customized study materials, worksheets, assignments, and test papers.
Qualifications and Skills:
● Educational Background: M.Sc. in Mathematics / B.Tech / M.Tech or relevant qualification from a reputed institute.
● Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience teaching Mathematics to 11th and 12th-grade students for JEE (Mains & Advanced) and other competitive exams.
● Strong command over Algebra, Calculus, Coordinate Geometry, Trigonometry, Vectors, Probability, and other senior secondary Mathematics topics.
● Proven ability to simplify complex mathematical concepts and deliver engaging, result-oriented instruction.
● Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
● Demonstrated success in producing strong student results in competitive examinations.
● Passion for teaching, mentoring, and inspiring young learners.
