Job Summary
We are seeking an ERP Coordinator to manage and streamline ERP operations for our real estate projects. The role involves coordinating between sales, accounts, site, and management to ensure accurate data flow from booking to possession, billing, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage ERP process for:Lead → Booking → Demand Letter → Receipt → Agreement → Possession
- Coordinate between:Sales | Accounts | CRM | Site | Purchase | Legal teams
- Ensure accurate entry of:
- Customer bookings & payment schedules
- Invoices, receipts, credit notes
- Vendor bills, purchase orders, GRN
- Construction cost & project expenses
- Track and monitor:
- Pending customer payments
- Demand generation as per milestone
- Broker payouts & commissions
- Vendor payment schedules
- Generate real estate MIS reports:
- Collection reports
- Sales inventory status
- Aging reports
- Project-wise costing
- Support CRM–ERP integration
- Coordinate with ERP vendor for issues
- Train staff on ERP SOPs
- Ensure compliance with RERA & accounting processes
Required Skills
- Knowledge of real estate billing & collection cycle
- ERP/CRM software experience
- Basic accounting & GST understanding
- Strong Excel & MIS skills
- Good coordination & follow-up ability
- Attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
