The People Success Operations Specialist is responsible for managing and enhancing the employee lifecycle processes, with a strong focus on onboarding. This role ensures that all PS operations are carried out smoothly and effectively, providing an excellent experience for new hires and existing employees. The PS Operations Specialist will collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance and streamline HR functions
What will you do at Fynd?
Onboarding:

Coordinate and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires.

Prepare and deliver onboarding materials, welcome kits, and relevant documentation.

Conduct orientation sessions and ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the company.

Work with IT and Facilities to ensure new employees have the necessary equipment and access on their first day.

Collect and process new hire paperwork, including I-9 verification, tax forms, and other necessary documentation.
HR Operations:

Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system.

Assist with payroll processing by providing accurate employee data.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.

Support the HR team in various administrative tasks and projects.
Employee Lifecycle Management:

Coordinate offboarding processes, including exit interviews and final paychecks.

Manage employee status changes such as promotions, transfers, and terminations.

Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs.
Continuous Improvement:

Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and enhance employee experience.

Participate in HR projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR operations and onboarding.
Some Specific Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in HR operations or a related role, with a strong emphasis on onboarding.

Proficient in HRIS and other HR software; experience with [specific HRIS software] is a plus.

Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
