Location: Gurgaon (Head Office) + Bhiwadi (Manufacturing Plant)
Role Overview
We’re hiring an HR & Admin Manager to oversee HR operations for both our Gurgaon office and Bhiwadi plant. The role combines HR strategy, people operations, administration, and select Executive Assistant responsibilities for the Director. You’ll work closely with leadership, department heads, and factory teams.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
Lead end-to-end recruitment for factory and office roles.
Develop job descriptions, manage hiring pipelines, and coordinate interviews.
Manage employee onboarding, documentation, exit processes, and full lifecycle HR operations.
Maintain and update HR policies, SOPs, and compliance as per labour laws.
Oversee attendance, payroll inputs, leave management, and employee records.
Drive employee engagement, training programs, and performance reviews.
Work with factory leadership to handle manpower planning and labour-related matters.
Address employee grievances professionally and maintain healthy workplace culture.
Administration
Oversee admin operations for both locations, including office upkeep, security, utilities, vendor management, and facility coordination.
Manage travel arrangements, logistics, and accommodation when required.
Ensure smooth coordination between Gurgaon office and Bhiwadi plant.
Lead procurement and inventory control for office/factory administrative supplies.
Handle compliance documentation, audits, and statutory requirements for the facility.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA in HR preferred. 8–15 years of experience in HR and Administration, ideally in a manufacturing setting.
Strong understanding of Indian labour laws and factory HR operations. Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills. Ability to work from both Gurgaon and Bhiwadi as required.
Proactive, organized, and comfortable handling multi-location responsibilities.
