About the Role
We need a Production/Process Engineer to support manufacturing operations, optimize processes, and ensure technical standards are met on the production floor.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Optimization: Analyze production processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and cost
- Technical Support: Troubleshoot machinery and process issues on the shop floor
- Documentation: Prepare SOPs, work instructions, and technical reports
- Quality Assurance: Work with QC team to reduce defects and rework
- Coordination: Liaise with production, maintenance, and supervisor teams
- Compliance: Ensure processes follow safety and industry standards
Requirements
- Diploma/B.E in Mechanical/Industrial/Production Engineering preferred
- 2–5 years experience in manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing, process flow, and production metrics
- Problem-solving attitude and hands-on approach
- Immediate joiners and local candidates from Ludhiana preferred
