Job Title: Quantity Surveyor (QS) – Highways & Structures
Location: Chandigarh (Head Office)
Industry: Highway Construction, Bridges, ROBs, Railways & Infrastructure Projects
Job Responsibilities:
- Quantity take-off and estimation from drawings and BOQ.
- Preparation and verification of BOQ, BBS, and quantity calculations.
- Rate analysis, cost estimation, and project budgeting.
- Quantity reconciliation and cost control during project execution.
- Review of drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
- Preparation of client and subcontractor quantity statements.
- Coordination with project teams for measurement and billing support.
- Preparation of tender quantity analysis and cost estimates for NHAI, Railways, and other infrastructure projects.
Requirements:
- Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3–8 years of experience as Quantity Surveyor in Highway, Bridge, ROB, Flyover, or Railway projects.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ, BBS, rate analysis, and quantity estimation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
- Experience with NHAI/MoRTH/Railway projects will be preferred.
Salary: As per experience and industry standards.
