Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, smart, and presentation-driven Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive to manage and expand our domestic sales presence within the Horeca (Hotels, Restaurants, and Catering) segment. The candidate will be responsible for driving the sales of our comprehensive frozen food product portfolio—including seafood, chicken, vegetables, and sauces—directly to institutional clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Segment Sales & Expansion: Identify, target, and secure sales opportunities within hotels, restaurants, and catering networks.
- Relationship Management: Regularly meet and build strong corporate relationships with key decision-makers, specifically Purchase Managers, Hotel Owners, and Chefs.
- Lead Conversion & B2B Sales: Pitch frozen food product solutions, handle product inquiries, navigate institutional tender processes, and effectively close sales.
- Payment Collection: Take complete ownership of outstanding payment collections and manage credit cycles (typically up to 60 days) with clients to ensure healthy cash flow.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven sales experience specifically within the Food & Beverage (F&B) / Food Manufacturing / FMCG sector.
- Segment Expertise: Prior experience dealing directly with the Horeca network, with an existing understanding of how to pitch to chefs and institutional purchase managers.
- Product Knowledge: Exposure to or experience selling frozen food products (e.g., frozen meats, seafood, or vegetables) is highly advantageous.
