Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and proactive System Administrator to manage, maintain, and support the organization's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have experience in system administration, network management, troubleshooting, and ensuring the smooth operation of hardware, software, and security systems.
Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain Windows and Linux servers, desktops, and laptops.
Monitor and maintain server performance, system availability, and network infrastructure.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, and peripheral devices.
Manage user accounts, permissions, email accounts, and Active Directory.
Perform regular system updates, patches, backups, and recovery procedures.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
Configure and manage LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, routers, switches, and firewalls.
Monitor system security and implement security policies to protect company data.
Maintain antivirus software, endpoint security, and access controls.
Document IT processes, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement, repairs, and warranty support.
Provide technical support to employees and ensure timely issue resolution.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Linux administration.
Hands-on experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
Good understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, VPN).
Experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and network troubleshooting.
Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Outlook, and Office applications.
Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
Understanding of backup, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity best practices.
Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or IT Support Engineer.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
