Plan and execute engaging monthly events, themed days, festival celebrations, wellness activities, and cultural initiatives.

Bring fresh décor ideas, exciting themes, and vibrant experiences to life.

Coordinate with Admin, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless event execution.

Organize annual celebrations, family events, team outings, competitions, fun Fridays, and surprise engagement activities.

Manage event budgets, timelines, logistics, and execution from concept to completion.

Continuously introduce fresh ideas that keep employee engagement exciting and meaningful.
Culture & Community

Be the first friendly face every new employee meets, ensuring they feel welcomed, comfortable, and excited from Day One.

Introduce new joiners to E2M's culture, values, workplace, and teams, helping them settle in smoothly.

Act as the go-to person on the floor for employees, assisting with everyday workplace queries and coordinating with the Admin team whenever needed.

Foster an inclusive, energetic, and people-first workplace where everyone feels they belong.

Build meaningful relationships across teams and encourage collaboration through engaging initiatives.

Gather employee feedback and recommend creative ideas that enhance the overall employee experience.
