Job description:
The Office Attender is responsible for supporting daily office operations by handling routine tasks, assisting staff, and maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the workplace.
⚡ Key Responsibilities:
- Handle photocopying, scanning, and filing of documents.
- Assist in courier handling, mail distribution, and delivery of documents.
- Support staff with office errands such as purchasing stationery or supplies.
- Ensure proper arrangement of meeting rooms before and after use.
- Help in shifting office furniture, files, and equipment when required.
- Maintain discipline and follow office rules and safety guidelines.
Skills & Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of office etiquette.
- Ability to read and write simple English/Kannada.
- Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy.
- Physically fit to handle routine office tasks.
- Polite and cooperative attitude.
- Own bike to travel
⏰ Work Schedule:
- Full-time, typically office hours (General shift 9.45am to 6.30pm)
- May require flexibility for meetings or special events.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
