Required Telecaller :-
- Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
- Answering questions about products or the company
- Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Customer order follow ups
- Responsible for the overall ratings and reviews of the products & service we sell on the daily basis.
- Maintaining records of each & every feedback and providing a prompt resolution.
- Regular follow ups with the customers until they get the resolution they seek.
- Encourage customer to post good reviews if they have really liked the products bought from us.
- Must be a good team player, Punctual with a positive attitude.
- Creating a best possible buying experience to the customers.

Role: Telecalling Executive
- Minimum HSC required
- Must have good communication skill in Marathi, Hindi
- Must have Computer Knowledge
- Soft spoken.
- Great tracking, recording, grasping, skills and fast learner.
- A good listener with an experience in query handling and should know how to handle an agitating customer.
- The candidate will be responsible for effectively establishing and maintaining a positive professional relationship with customers and management both verbally and in writing.
