Brik Oven Private Limited is a growing restaurant brand known for its authentic wood-fired pizzas and vibrant dining experience. We are expanding and looking for enthusiastic HR Interns to join our team and gain hands-on experience in end-to-end HR operations.
Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
Coordinate with hiring managers for manpower requirements.
Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment trackers.
Support in onboarding & induction process.
Assist in employee documentation and HR MIS reports.
Help in payroll inputs coordination and attendance tracking.
Support employee engagement activities.
Ensure proper filing and maintenance of HR records.
Handle job postings on portals and social media platforms.
MBA/PGDM (HR) or BBA/B.Com pursuing or recently completed.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of HR processes and MS Excel.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Practical exposure to real-time HR operations.
Experience in hiring for retail & hospitality industry.
