Job Description:
A leading 17-year-old Spa & Wellness Company is looking for an experienced and dynamic Spa Cluster Manager to oversee multiple spa operations across Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Spa, Salon & Wellness operations, with expertise in sales, business growth, customer experience, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily operations of multiple spa outlets.
- Drive revenue growth, memberships, and achieve business targets.
- Ensure exceptional guest experience and service quality across locations.
- Lead, train, and motivate Spa Managers, Therapists, and outlet teams.
- Monitor outlet performance, productivity, and profitability.
- Support manpower planning, recruitment, and employee retention.
- Ensure SOP compliance, hygiene standards, and operational excellence.
- Review MIS reports and implement performance improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations.
- Develop and execute strategies for customer acquisition and retention.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in Spa / Salon / Wellness industry.
- Strong exposure to sales, memberships, operations, and team management.
- Experience handling multiple outlets / cluster operations is preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong business acumen and customer-focused approach.
Salary: Best in Industry + Performance Incentives
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bangalore G.P.O., Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

- Spa services: 1 year (Preferred)
