KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify and connect with potential clients and relevant opportunities.
- Generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and engaging in tender-related sales.
- Utilize market research to target and prioritize potential clients.
2.Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their STEM education and skill development goals.
- Provide continuous support and consultation to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
3.Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve ambitious targets.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
4.Tender Management:
- Identify and respond to relevant tenders, ensuring all requirements are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare comprehensive tender documents.
- Follow up on submitted tenders and maintain records of tender statuses and outcomes.
5.Team Leadership and Collaboration:
- Foster a collaborative environment with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions.
- Provide regular training and development opportunities for the sales team.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the education or skill development sectors.
- We are looking for candidates from Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Chennai.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets through various business development and tender-related sales activities.
- Preference will be given to candidates with business development experience in the NGO/CSR sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with leadership experience preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
