Job Responsibilities
- Guide students and professionals in selecting suitable courses and career paths.
- Understand candidates’ career goals, interests, and requirements.
- Handle counselling sessions, calls, follow-ups, and lead nurturing effectively.
- Convert qualified enquiries into admissions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and clients.
- Achieve individual and team admission/revenue targets.
- Address objections and provide effective career solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth student onboarding process.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counselling and convincing ability.
- Proven experience in sales, admissions, or career counselling.
- Objection handling and closing techniques.
- Follow-up and lead nurturing skills.

Preferred Qualification
Any Graduate / Postgraduate
Experience Required
Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in Career Counselling, Admissions, Education Sales, or Business Development.
Pay: From ₹240,000.00 per year
