Role: Digital Marketing Executive
Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai
Start Date: Immediate preferred
Mode: Work from Office (WFO) – Alternate Saturdays Off
Role Overview We are hiring a Digital Marketing Executive with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing. The role involves managing end-to-end digital campaigns, driving high-quality leads, and optimizing performance, especially for higher education programs (MBA/PGDM/PGP).
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn
- Drive lead generation and improve CPL, conversions, and ROI
- Manage Instagram and LinkedIn growth (organic + paid)
- Implement SEO strategies along with AEO & GEO practices
- Execute WhatsApp and Email marketing campaigns with automation workflows
- Use tools like Google Analytics, GTM, and CRM platforms for tracking and reporting
- Coordinate with agencies/vendors for campaign execution
- Collaborate with design, content, sales, and product teams for campaign success
Candidate Profile
- 1–2 years of experience in digital/performance marketing
- Experience in EdTech, coaching, or higher education lead generation preferred
- Hands-on expertise in paid campaigns and lead generation Skills & Competencies Strong in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and social media (Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Familiar with CRM and marketing automation tools
- Data-driven with strong analytical skills (CPL, CTR, ROAS, conversions) Good communication, ownership, and execution ability What You’ll Gain
