Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Sales Manager to support the sales function and contribute to revenue growth for the hotel. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the Jaipur market, excellent client relationship skills, and the ability to generate and convert business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business through corporate accounts, travel agents, and other market segments.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients and key accounts.
- Conduct sales calls, client meetings, and hotel site inspections.
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and rate agreements.
- Assist in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
- Coordinate with operational departments to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business updates.
- Represent the hotel at networking events and sales promotions.
- Support the Sales Manager in planning and implementing sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline; Hotel Management or Sales & Marketing qualification preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Jaipur in hotel sales or hospitality sales is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of the Jaipur corporate and travel market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting.
- Well-groomed and professional personality.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Existing network of corporate clients and travel agents in Jaipur.
- Experience in handling room sales, banquet sales, and corporate business.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
