About the Role
We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team at Shop LC. The role will focus on developing visually compelling, brand-aligned marketing materials across print and digital platforms. The designer will play a key role in shaping campaign visuals that engage customers and strengthen brand identity across global markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- The Graphic Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing high-quality marketing creatives that support campaigns, promotions, and brand communications.
- Design and develop marketing magazines, brochures, flyers, posters, banners, and other promotional materials.
- Create visually engaging digital assets for email campaigns, social media, and website promotions.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, merchandising, and content teams to translate campaign goals into strong visual narratives.
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing touchpoints.
- Support campaign ideation with creative inputs and visual storytelling concepts.
- Handle end-to-end design execution from concept to final production-ready files.
- Work on both print and digital formats, ensuring high-quality output across all channels.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 4-5 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or retail environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing work in marketing magazines, flyers, posters, banners, brochures, and promotional campaigns (mandatory).
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and related tools).
- Strong understanding of typography, layout design, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience in creating print-ready artwork and coordinating with print vendors.
- Ability to translate marketing briefs into compelling visual concepts.
- Strong attention to detail and consistency in brand execution.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
Preferred Attributes:
- Experience in retail, e-commerce, or lifestyle brand marketing.
- Exposure to global campaign design standards.
