Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Reservation Executive to manage travel bookings and reservation services for clients. The ideal candidate should have expertise in flight reservations, fare calculations, ticketing support, and customer service, ensuring accurate and timely travel arrangements.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle domestic and international flight reservations and booking requests.
- Assist customers with travel inquiries, fare quotations, itinerary planning, and reservation modifications.
- Process new bookings, cancellations, reissues, refunds, and schedule changes as per airline policies.
- Coordinate with airlines, travel partners, and suppliers to secure the best travel options for clients.
- Monitor booking queues and ensure timely confirmation of reservations.
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, ticketing details, and customer information.
- Provide customers with travel-related information, including baggage policies, travel requirements, and flight schedules.
- Resolve booking-related issues and customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and airline regulations.
- Prepare reservation reports and booking summaries as required by management.
- Support the ticketing and operations teams in delivering seamless travel services.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in reservations, ticketing, or travel operations within a travel agency or travel management company.
- Knowledge of airline reservation systems and Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of airline fares, routing, ticketing procedures, and travel regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
