Responsibilities:
Under general direction, independently execute routine and intermediate transactions and resolve problems with recordkeeping, accounting, trade platform and/or pricing system.

Develop towards being a subject matter expert.

Build new investments, follow compliance rules, and ensure readiness for trading, reconciliation, settlement, client reporting, and/or pricing process.

Identify and resolve issues associated with client data, trade breaks, reconciliation breaks, and/or compliance breaches.

Prepare reports and maintain controls in alignment with internal policies and clients' needs. Recommend, research, test and/or document system changes.

Interface with internal and external personnel including senior operations staff administration, mutual fund companies, IT, banks, broker dealers, trust companies, custodians, subadvisors, and/or outside vendors to obtain information and resolve problems.

Enhance understanding of Principal Life Insurance Company's proprietary and nonproprietary products, team procedures, and clients' needs through self-initiated research, participation in available training programs and involvement in ongoing investment activities.

Perform other job-related duties or special projects as required.
Qualifications:
- B.com,M.com,MBA is preffered .

Exceptional written and verbal communication, interpersonal, basic math, organizational, reading comprehension, interpretation, negotiation, innovation, analytical and problem solving.

Requires in-depth knowledge of plan and contract documents, manuals, procedures and company products and services.

Must possess an in-depth understanding of accounting and recordkeeping systems and PC applications.

Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel

Ability to work/communicate effectively with business partners/management.
