Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to students/parents who have enquired about courses.
- Explain course details, fees, duration, and admission process clearly.
- Counsel students and guide them in selecting the right course based on their interest.
- Follow up with leads regularly to convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in CRM/excel.
- Schedule campus visits, counselling sessions, and meetings for interested students.
- Achieve monthly admission targets set by the institute.
- Handle incoming calls and provide accurate information about all programs.
- Coordinate with the admissions team for seamless onboarding of students.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and local language.
- Strong convincing and counselling ability.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM).
- Good listening skills and ability to answer student/parent queries patiently.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Eligibility
- Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
- Experience: 0–2 years (freshers welcome; experience in admissions is a plus)
- Age: 18–30 years
